Question 1

Does Teacher Pathways charge for advice?

Accepted Answer

No. Our guidance, eligibility checks and application support are completely free to teachers. We are funded through our university partnerships, which is also how we secure fee discounts for you.

Question 2

Do I have to relocate to gain a UK qualification?

Accepted Answer

No. Routes such as the iQTS, iPGCE, PGCE and Master's programmes are delivered online or through blended learning, and are assessed in the school where you already teach.

Question 3

Which route should I choose?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your experience, your current school, the curriculum you teach and where you want to work next. We compare the realistic options with you and never push one provider or route.

Question 4

What is the difference between QTS and iQTS?

Accepted Answer

Both lead to Qualified Teacher Status recognised by the Department for Education in England. QTS is achieved in England, while iQTS is achieved internationally in your current school, in any country and any curriculum.

Question 5

How much can I save with a Teacher Pathways discount?

Accepted Answer

Discounts vary by university and programme, and are guaranteed on every partner qualification we place. We confirm the exact figure in writing before you commit.

Question 6

Can my school enrol a group of teachers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We design bespoke whole-school pathways for teachers and leaders at every career stage, including cohort pricing and progress reporting for senior leadership.

Question 7

What entry requirements should I expect?

Accepted Answer

Undergraduate routes generally require completed secondary education; postgraduate routes require a bachelor's degree. Most programmes also ask for literacy, numeracy and English language proficiency, plus references.

Question 8

How are these programmes assessed?

Accepted Answer

Assessment is based on practical competence, written work, reflections, projects and observed teaching, rather than final exams.
