Shaun popped round to take a look at my Central Heating System after issues with only half of the radiators working, a British Gas engineer had previously been round and had appeared to resolve the issue, but this only lasted 24 hours. Shaun diagnosed a full power flush of the system was required. Booked him in to do this 2 weeks later, he turned up on time, was very customer focused, excellent with my elderly mother and now we have a fully functioning system again, it's the best it's ever been to be honest. All done for what I believe was a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend, thank you Shaun.

Shaun was brilliant. I phoned up on a Thursday afternoon, told him what the problem was, he said he would be at my address the next morning before 9 and he was. Found the problem within 10 minutes, got on with the job, absolutely brilliant, couldn't fault the work.

We highly recommend Smart Heating Expert. 'Honest, reliable and professional' appears on the website and is an absolute fact. Shaun came to fix a boiler and solve a hot water tank problem in our newly purchased property. He was punctual and investigated both problems. We decided to have a replacement combi boiler instead, once again he was on time and got on with the job, which turned up some very unexpected hitches which he just sorted out with no fuss or nonsense. He was a pleasure to have in the house. Absolutely deserving 5 stars.
